ji18 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the ji18 website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), along with the ji18 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ji18 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any posted revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain a ji18 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. ji18 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online casino and betting services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing ji18 account that has been suspended or closed for Terms violations.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ji18, or of any game supplier or technology provider connected to the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.

You may register only one Account per person, household, device, and IP address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ji18 reserves the right to void bets and withhold funds from accounts established using inaccurate registration data.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji18 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ji18 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your ji18 account, you must notify the ji18 support team immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform. ji18 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account following receipt of such notification.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the ji18 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (net of applicable withdrawals) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed identity verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

ji18 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ji18 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms. ji18 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions processed within normal operating parameters.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ji18 account within seconds. Bank transfers may take 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 minutes; bank transfers within 24 hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to third-party payment provider conditions beyond ji18's control.

ji18 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts exceeding prescribed thresholds. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until satisfactory documentation is received and verified.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ji18 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. ji18 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.

All bets placed on the ji18 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market, as displayed within the relevant game interface or market description. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

ji18 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is evidence of technical malfunction; (b) incorrect odds or payouts were published due to a system error; (c) the bet is associated with suspicious or prohibited activity. In such cases, ji18 will refund the staked amount to your account balance.

All game outcomes and results determined by the ji18 Platform — including live dealer results, RNG game results, and sports/esports event outcomes — are final once settled, except in cases of demonstrable system error or third-party data provider error that materially affected the outcome.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the ji18 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market. ji18 may adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice and may impose individual account limits where risk management considerations require.

Ji18 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying game contributions will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds in your account are used first; bonus funds are applied only when the real-money balance is zero.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time per account, unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple sign-up bonuses, exploiting promotional errors, or hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• ji18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without notice.
• Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the registered account holder only and may not be transferred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji18 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written consent from ji18.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to place bets that you know or suspect to be based on erroneous data.
• Money Laundering: Using the ji18 Platform to process, conceal, or legitimize the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your ji18 account, or accessing any other player's account.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ji18 staff or other users of the Platform.

ji18 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that gambling, while entertainment for the vast majority of players, can cause harm for some individuals. The following tools and resources are available to all ji18 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your ji18 account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: ji18 provides optional session time notifications to help you monitor time spent on the Platform.
• Time-Out: You may request a temporary account suspension (time-out) for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a time-out, you will not be able to log into your account or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent or extended self-exclusion from the ji18 Platform at any time by contacting our support team. Excluded accounts will not be reopened during the exclusion period, regardless of subsequent requests.

ji18 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. Ji18 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ji18 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual content — are owned by or licensed to ji18. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ji18 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the ji18 Platform without the express prior written consent of ji18. Unauthorized use of ji18 intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement or trademark violation under Philippine law.

Third-party game content available on the ji18 Platform is owned by the respective game providers and is used by ji18 under applicable license agreements. All rights in third-party content remain with those providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or gambling winnings;
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or third-party service interruptions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Ji18's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ji18 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Section shall exclude liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by ji18's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ji18; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Ji18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their ji18 account or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Where required by applicable law or regulation, a mandatory cooling-off period will be provided before material changes to these Terms take effect for existing accounts. Your continued use of the ji18 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 above. Ji18 will process any remaining real-money balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the ji18 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the ji18 support team. Ji18 will respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority having jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim against ji18 must be brought individually and not as part of a class or collective action. You waive any right to participate in a class action proceeding relating to the ji18 Platform or these Terms.
